Even vampires have problems...

So, The Well is almost at a healthy 60,000 words.

Many of you have been asking me when Necromaster will be fully completed. Well, I've decided to merge the world of necromancy and the cogath (war of the dead) with the vampire arc and David's world.

I can't spoil anything, but when Mercer is dealt with and the Liquid Blue threat to the vampires no longer looks as though it's going to wipe them out, my nameless necromancer from "Necropotence" will be appearing to them in the actual Well novel.

I'll simplify it one sentence.

Walking corpses need food too, and that food is the human population.

You've got bloodsuckers shifting their focus to a war, because technically, zombies and vamps share the same food source.

This is a very simple explanation of where I'm taking the story, but I'm going to be working on the last 20,000 until next weekend, and I'll have a very huge chunk of it available for you guys. Expect it to hit Kindle and Nook very soon.

Expect Nethergame on bookshelves in the northeast as they slowly trickle down from Pittsburgh. I begged them to hit Nashville and my hometown of BG first, but money talks, and there aren't a lot of literate readers of mine in the south. Northport, Florida, some of Middle Tennessee... but most of you are on the west coast, in the midwest, or in big cities around New York and Pennsylvania.

Mariel, you owe me a phone call. ;)

That's about all I have on the news front for tonight, but I've been getting so much healthy work done.

Thanks to all who received Kindles and supported my writing in December. It was a record breaking month by more than triple of what I've seen in book sales for the past year, and it looks like my dream of being a full-time writer is closer than ever.

Winter is almost over. I hope all of you are well.

Be ready for some bloodsucking, brainmunching goodness very soon!
